RESTORATION & TRANSFORMATION OF THE TENNIS AREA AT RETAMARES GOLF CLUB (MADRID)
During April and May 2017 our team worked on restoring and transforming the tennis area of Retamares Golf Club. The club has a golf course with 18 holes, designed by José María Olazabal, a hotel with 28 suites, swimming pool, gym, restaurants and a sports club with a renovated racquet area and multi-game court carried out by Xtreme.
A few months before the construction works started, our team studied and analyzed the project to present the best ideas and solutions for our client needs, resulting in an Action Plan that has meant a great improvement of the club’s sports facilities, a wider offer of sport activities for their customers and new business opportunities for the club.

The restoration works were carried out on much damaged courts that were over 25 years old made of pervious concrete.
- 1 pervious concrete tennis court completely restored and paintedwith anti-slip paint coating.
• 1 pervious concrete tennis court transformed into an artificial turftennis court.
• 1 tennis court transformed into a 24×12 m multi-game court with clear polycarbonate fencing and artificial turf (for playing football and other sports) and a 18×12 m minibasket court with anti-slip paint coating.
