TRANSFORMATION OF A TENNIS COURT INTO A PADEL COURT AND A MULTI-GAME COURT AT LOS CORZOS RESIDENTIAL AREA (MADRID)
In June 2017 we successfully transformed a tennis court into a 20×10 m padel court and a multi-game court (football + basketball) with basketball blackboards and goals integrated into the football goals. The works were carried out inside a residential area located in Alcobendas, a city in the north area of Madrid.
First we performed a preliminary study of the facilities, analyzing the budget and all the expenses we could incur, to present the best design for the tennis court transformation into 2 new courts: a padel court + a multi-game court. Their sports offer was about to increase greatly! Tennis + padel + football + basketball

This time the tennis court surface that was being transformed was not in such bad condition, but we ran into a bigger problem, accessibility! We couldn’t go inside the construction site with any heavy equipment! We had to demolish, clear up and move all the elements for the courts manually (glass, steel frame, turf, sand infill…) But all these issues didn’t stop us and we were able to transform the court fast and successfully!
After all this transformation process (it didn’t cost much more than a repair work) we were able to turn an unusable space into a versatile sports area, with more activities and possibilities. It looks great! Don’t you want to have a look?
